I will gather information about your child's sleep to develop a comprehensive understanding of all things sleep related for you and your child.

I will schedule a 90-minute consultation call to discuss the sleep evaluation responses, go into detail about the child's sleep environment, and go over options for your customized sleep plan.

You will receive a detailed, step-by-step guide for how to approach naps, bedtime, and night wakings. This will also include tips on how to navigate common sleep struggles for your child and the impact siblings can have if applicable.

At this age, children require a schedule and structure for best results during nap and bedtime. This will include a daily schedule from the time the child wakes in the morning to bedtime, including all naps and wake windows for the day.

I am available 7:00 AM -10:00 PM for text and email assistance (unlimited) and will respond within 1 hour during those times. I will have one phone call per week as needed for up to 1 hour to discuss any struggles, questions, or concerns. (Phone call to be scheduled via email or text 24 hours in advance)

You will revive a written guide on tips and tricks for how to navigate various struggles, how to know if your child is hungry, identify sleep ques, and prepare for any bumps in the road (travel, illness, regressions, and sleep props).

I will come to your home for the Private Consultation and at that time tour your home, the child's sleep space/nursery, and evaluate any products you may have to use for your new child within the home. This will be a 2-hour meeting.

Day one nap assistance-after you confirm which sleep plan approach you’d like based on the available options, I will provide your Customized Sleep Plan and will come to your home on the first day of implementing the plan and assist with up to 2 naps and up to 2 wake windows guiding you and your family in how to approach both.

Day one bedtime assistance-on night one of implementing the sleep plan, I will be available to be in your home until midnight to help with your bedtime routine and the first couple of night wakings up to 12am.

• Additional 4 phone calls to be used anytime within the 2 weeks based on parent need to be scheduled with consultant at least 12 hours in advance.
• 2 email consultations for future use to get assistance and advice on any sleep troubles. Expires on child’s 5th birthday.
• Evaluation of a secondary sleep space at relative’s home or home daycare.
• ***Additional 2 home visits to be used for parents needing extra hands on support and guidance for naps or bedtime. A 2-hour home visit to be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
