Crib to Bed Transition

I will gather information about your child's sleep to develop a comprehensive understanding of all things sleep related for you and your child.

I will schedule a 90-minute consultation call to discuss the sleep evaluation responses, go into detail about the child's sleep environment, and go over options for your customized sleep plan.

You will receive a detailed, step-by-step guide for how to approach naps, bedtime, and night wakings. This will also include tips on how to navigate common sleep struggles and the impact siblings can have if applicable.

I am available 7:00 AM -10:00 PM for text and email assistance (unlimited) and will respond within 1 hour during those times. I will have one phone call per week as needed for up to 1 hour to discuss any struggles, questions, or concerns. (Phone call to be scheduled via email or text 24 hours in advance)

You will revive a written guide on tips and tricks for how to navigate various struggles, how to know if your baby is hungry, identify sleep ques, and prepare for any bumps in the road (travel, illness, regressions, and sleep props).

• How to know if they are ready
• How to make them excited about their new bed
• How to keep them safe and in their beds during the night
• How to maximize their bedtime routine to encourage a successful night in bed
• How to navigate challenges of sharing a room with a sibling (if applicable)

This service can be added on to any other package purchased. In addition to all other services provided in the package of your choice, I will provide an additional Transition Guide. This guide will help you know if/when your child is ready for their big kid bed, how to safely transition, and how to be successful for the whole family!
