I will gather information about your baby’s sleep to develop a comprehensive understanding of all things sleep related for you and your baby. - Private Consultation
I will schedule a 90-minute consultation call to discuss the sleep evaluation responses, go into detail about the baby’s sleep p environment, and go over options for your customized sleep plan. - Customized Sleep Plan
You will receive a detailed, step-by-step guide for how to approach naps, bedtime, and night wakings. This will also include tips on how to navigate common sleep struggles and the impact siblings can have if applicable. - Text, Email, & Phone Support
I am available 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM for text and email assistance (unlimited) and will respond within 1 hour during those times. I will have one phone call per week as needed for up to 1 hour to discuss any struggles, questions, or concerns. (Phone call to be scheduled via email or text 24 hours in advance) - Survival Guide
You will revive a written guide on tips and tricks for how to navigate various struggles, how to know if your baby is hungry, identify sleep ques, and prepare for any bumps in the road (travel, illness, regressions, and sleep props). - Transition Guide

- As an Add-on to another package: If your child is ready to transition to their big kid bed and leave the crib behind, I will create a customized plan on how to make this a smooth and easy transition for the whole family! I will go over
